AFCU Membership
To join Affinity Federal Credit Union (AFCU), you need to meet one of the following membership requirements: Employment or Affiliation: You may be eligible if you work for one of the businesses or organizations that have partnered with Affinity. AFCU partners with over 2,000 businesses, associations, and organizations. Family Relationship: If you have a family member who is already a member of Affinity, you are also eligible to join. Geographical Location: In some cases, membership may be available based on your geographic location. This is especially common if you live in a community that has partnered with Affinity. Affinity Foundation Donation: If none of the above apply, you can still join by making a donation to one of Affinity's partner charitable organizations, such as the Affinity Foundation. Once eligible, you can complete the membership process by opening an account with a minimum deposit, typically around $5.
