You cannot receive a signup bonus if you've already received a bonus from the same version of the personal Sapphire cards. Some early confusion arose from vague Chase statements and rep errors (e.g., Reddit reports of reps saying "lifetime for any Sapphire"), but expert analyses and data points confirm it's per product, not family-wide.
