Requires a Navy Federal Credit Union account which is open to active duty, retired, and veteran members of the military, Department of Defense employees, and their families.

NFCU 91/3

Requires members to wait 91 days from their last credit card approval and have three full billing statements before applying for a new personal unsecured credit card or requesting a credit limit increase (CLI). After the first CLI, subsequent CLIs require a 182-day wait from the last CLI approval, without the statement requirement. This policy ensures responsible credit usage before granting additional credit.
